Flashing fault and Self-Test LEDs on J4887A - 4104GL switch?

The fault and self-test leds are flashing whenever I turn on my switch. No other leds are on or flashing other than the fan led which is green.

Try to make a console connection and see what messages you get when the switch tries to go through post and you most likely get your answer where it fails.
