Re: HP 1920 or hp 2530 SFP to Netgear GS748T SFP
How far apart are they?
If they're in the same building, buy 1Gb SX SFPs. If they're in different buildings, buy 1Gb LX SFPs.
Same goes for connecting the two 2930s.

SolutionAs @Vince-Whirlwind wrote you, first thing first, you should know how far those switch pairs are each other so you can focus on Short Range (AKA SR or SX) or Long Range (AKA LR or LX) SFP Transceivers supported by Switch series you're dealing with.
For SFP (or, eventually, SFP+) Transceivers compatibility you should always refer to relevant QuickSpecs/Datasheets...so please check:
- HPE OfficeConnect 1920 Switch Series latest QuickSpecs
- HPE X121 1G SFP LC SX Transceiver (J4858C)
- HPE X121 1G SFP LC LX Transceiver (J4859C)
- Aruba 2530 latest QuickSpecs
- As above (the SKUs are the same).
- Netgear GS748Tv5 (v5, I suppose) latest Datasheet
- Netgear AGM731F 1000Base-SX SFP GBIC (for Multi-mode Fiber Optic cabling)
- Netgear AGM732F 1000Base-LX SFP GBIC (for Single-mode Fiber Optic cabling)
and purchase supported SFP Transceivers.
Yes, you can uplink two (or more) HPE OfficeConnect 1920 Switches by means of an (identical) SFP Transceivers pair between each Switch-to-Switch link.
I'm not an HPE Employee
