How to check if QoS is enable - HP A5500 EI
Hello HPE forum, I am working on replacing old switches in a new environment and these switches have an old configuration that I have no idea if it is still working.
Here is a sample configuration:
acl number 3001
description BLOQUEIO_PADRAO
rule 1 deny ip destination 10.0.0.0 0.255.255.255
rule 2 permit udp destination 10.4.9.20 0 destination-port eq dns
rule 3 permit tcp destination 10.4.9.20 0 destination-port eq domain
rule 4 permit udp destination 10.4.9.21 0 destination-port eq dns
rule 5 permit tcp destination 10.4.9.21 0 destination-port eq domain
rule 6 permit icmp destination 10.4.2.0 0.0.0.255
#
acl number 3997
rule 0 permit ip dscp ef
rule 1 permit tcp destination-port eq www
rule 2 permit udp destination-port eq snmp
rule 3 permit udp destination-port eq snmptrap
rule 4 permit ip dscp cs6
rule 5 permit ip dscp cs7
#
acl number 4999
rule 0 permit type 8868 ffff
rule 1 permit source 00e0-bb00-0000 ffff-ff00-0000
rule 2 permit source 0003-6b00-0000 ffff-ff00-0000

rule 7 permit source 0006-b900-0000 ffff-ff00-0000
rule 8 deny dest 0000-0000-0000 ffff-ffff-ffff

packet-filter inbound ip-group 3001 rule 5
packet-filter inbound ip-group 3001 rule 6
and here the configuration of interfaces:
#
interface Ethernet1/0/3
stp edged-port enable
port link-type trunk
port trunk permit vlan 1 5 99
broadcast-suppression pps 3000
description WIFI
apply qos-profile default
#
interface Ethernet1/0/4
stp edged-port enable
port link-type trunk
port trunk permit vlan 1 5 99
broadcast-suppression pps 500
undo jumboframe enable
apply qos-profile default
#
interface Ethernet1/0/18
poe enable
stp edged-port enable
broadcast-suppression pps 500
port access vlan 333
undo jumboframe enable
apply qos-profile default
apply qos-profile bloqueio
I have to wonder if these qos are still working because I'm going to have to replace the whole configuration for the new switches, but I do not want to copy the unnecessary configuration.
Thanks for help!
