Interconnecting different 3Com switches

What approach should be taken to interconnect 3Com 4500 and Baseline 2924 to gain maximum throughput?

And in addition, one of these switches needs to be connected to Cisco Catalyst 3750E.

No VLANs on 3Com switches are needed.

Exactly which ports should I interconnect?
