Java logon issue

I have a lot of 25xx switches, and a 4104 along with a 4208.

and when using the "WEB" interface we always get 2 login prompts.

the first prompt is the standard windows prompt, then the second prompt is a "Java" prompt.

If we dont enter the "java" prompt it does not give all of the screen data

Why are we getting 2 authentication prompts.

I will state that the "operator" and the Manager passwords are the same, (we have no need for 2 levels of security).

 

Anyone ever seen this
