Procurve 4000m Dead Ports

Hi,

I've started to get dead rj-45 ports in many modules across several Procurve 4000M switches. I suspect these have occurred over years, not all at once.

Other than upgrading to newer hardware (not an option for this non-profit), what are my options? Are the modules warranteed like the switch is?

Hey Chief -

Good news! The 4000M modules carry the same lifetime warranty the chassis does. You can log a case with tech support either online (HP Passport login is required) or by phone.
