may anyone tell me the one time reset password for the hp ip console switch G2 2x1ex16

I have hp ip console switch G2 2x1ex16 which is second hand and it has a login username and password which i don't know, so i tried to login using serial port to reset this password then i found a apassword on the serial port.

after some search i found that there is one time password that resets the serial port password.

if anyone have an idea how to get this password because i don't have a chance to call hp support because this a second hand item and of course out of warranty

Hi @rolly4444 

You need to contact HPE support to get One time reset password , only HPE support can provide this. In mean time have you tried to do factory reset of the switch ?
