503 Service Not Avaiable - HP Printers

Techies,

I am managing few HP printers remotely under HP UX 11.11 environment, running with lp spooler.

Many times i am facing the issue, the network printer is pingable, but jobs are not getting printed. While attempting to see the embedded web page of the printer http:// , i am getting only "503 Service Not Avaiable" error.

can you please help what went wrong and how can we solve this?
