AB378 install in rp4440 error

Hi all
i have a problem fc card ..
machine is rp4440
i set AB378-60101 4Gb FC CARD and ioscan and insf but not install
fc card led is all orange ..

so i install FibrChanl-01_B.11.11.13_HP-UX_B.11.11_64.depot but not install

swagent log is
