Acct locked in the commercial security db

HI,
I am using CDE console login and the error appear as per tittle.
Managed to login to direct console but not sure how to login through CDE console.

Pls help

You now need to unlock the account.

If you have logged in as root, then do:

# /usr/lbin/modprpw -k username

It was not shows locked at SAM so need to do by command is it? Ok let me try first.

i run and put root as username but when I try login from the CDE console still the same error appear.

you check in the command line

/usr/lbin/getprpw -l -->

look for lockout=0000000 --> meaning its not account not locked

lockout=0000100 --> meaning its acct locked

to enable:-

/usr/lbin/modprpw -k

Ok confirm the lockout=0000000

but still from the KVM monitor connected whish is using CDE login the same error appear.

Acct locked in the commercial security db.
Through putty and ssh it can go through.

please check with your commerical security vendor.?

I d'not see any problem in the Server...:)

may be you can try checking "KVM" switch,
