Adding CPU to hp9000 rp5470
Hi,
I have a HP9000 rp5470 with hp-ux 11.11 and two CPU. I go to add two CPU to the machine.
┬┐It's necessary some commands when you boot the operating system after add the tow new CPU?

No, nothing should be necessary after installing the additional CPUs. The system should see them and start using them automatically!

The OS will not need anything, however the hardware may. These servers use Processor Support Modules to regulate voltages for the processors. The first 2 CPU's utilize PSM 0 and the second two CPU's utilize PSM 1. So, basically to upgrade to four CPU's you need to have two PSM's installed.
Another way to verify CPU configuration outside of the OS is to run the following from the BCH Main Menu:
> IN PR
--or--
> CO CPU
Or from the GSP: SS
