Identify all processes like schedule task, interfaces etc.) and to validate by reviewing via a tool or a script to see if any of them have an embedded user.

I don't think you are going to get any different answers than from your previous thread:

Re: Any monitoring tool for validate embedded user id and password in UNIX box.

This may be a record. 3rd thread on exactly the same topic / same poster.

http://forums11.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=1358375

http://forums11.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=1354107

Again, the answers haven't changed, and likely won't. Just because you didn't get an answer you *wanted* doesn't make the answers given any less correct.

Hi:

Do you believe that the third time is a charm? Or maybe you believe that the answers will be different because it's a new month.

Instead of opening a THIRD THREAD, you should simply "ping" your previous thread to the top. That way, you can attract attention to your quest; allow community members to read the comments already made; and in the unlikely event that they have something different to offer, provide that different advice! Personally, I wouldn't hold my breath, though.

I did like this response tho:

"may be login from local or remote, once the user is logged in how to authenticate and identify user has logged normal password or through embedded password"

how do you expect that the system you logged in to knows where the password came from?
