i had downloaded (T1471AA_A.04.20.004)from site. Not sure still it is available in web.

I still have that version on disk.

As far as I know, the last HP-provided SSH depot for 11.00 was A.04.30.014. Please use it if you don't have a specific requirement for version 04.10.004: the older version has known bugs, which are likely to have security implications.
