What's the result of running:
apachectl confgitest
Sorry, but the tusc output just isn't doing anything for me at the moment :)
Has it run before and failed to start after a change to your config? (maybe loading a new module, etc)

Did I seriously just respond to a post that is over 7 yrs old? What gives with how the forums sorts messages... I was just browsing all posts and assumed it was sorted by newest first. This one was only on page two.
I miss the old layout--I guess it's time to go back into hiding as I just can't get used to this new layout.
