BMIC command Identify controller (0x11) is not giving proper slot number.
Hi All,
In HPUX , I have written a c pgm using BMIC to get the output of Identify controller command(0x11) . In the output buffer I am getting wrong slot number for the controller.
After referring to the BMIC document i came to know that , slot number field for the Identify Controller command is not yet implemented for Integrity Server(IA 64).
Is there any other way to get the slot number using any method?
Thanks in advance.

I'm sure you now get answers about olrad and so on - why not continue your other thread?

Hope this helps!
