I am geting alerts for most of my servers

"Bad configuration detected for /stand and primary swap : disk and/or mirror."

I need your expert suggestion for above error.

First you should do a

# lvlnboot -v

and compare to /etc/fstab and vgdisplay output.

From where you got the error syslog or dmesg ?

Have tried any thing mentioned below .
1. To root disk mirroring
2. To increase the swap
3. To reconfigure the kernel..

revert with exact errors.

check from OVO side. what is getting checked and what match does trigger this error. I would say those may be customzised templates
