Hi Sri,
Looks like its the CDROM device.
The target and Lun confirm its the CDROM device.
Plus the CLass tells you its a READONLY Device.CLASS x0005 RODIRECT.

It is the CDrom device that is having the problem, Hardware ID 62 Bus 1, Target 0, lun 0

Hi there,
all these just tell message against cdrom drive. but in order to find out what this means to us. better to put more context info here from uerf.
if you are running advfs or old SHC on this box. this info could be informational. then have a look disks.ignore in manpage of advfsd to fix it or use latest SHC.
