CPU/Disk/Mem Utilization appears fine, PRI/MEM/Disk Q's are large
It appears once I get about 600+ processes on the system the Q's get large. Average PriQ=80-100, MemQ=10, and DiskQ=5. I have a L3000 with 7GB and 4 CPU's. I don't think I have a CPU/Disk/Mem bottleneck as the utilzation rates are 50-70%. My question is, what can cause/explain this symptom?

Re: CPU/Disk/Mem Utilization appears fine, PRI/MEM/Disk Q's are large
I have attached the files for the script you requested. I also have two screen shots of PerfView to illustrate the Q's. All are zipped for convience. Could it be the IPC between the applications processes is affected due to limitations in the application? Hence the system looks good, but the run Q's look ugly?
