Hi,anyone could tell me how to check cpu performance in TS40 AlphaServer.I tried "sar -a",but the system shows error message:"sar:Can't open /var/adm/sa/sa14".
Is there a way that i can collect CPU/Process utilisation without using "top",since top is not installed my my machine.Should i hve to install top?

Re: CPU performance measure..
'collect' is a useful tool for monitoring various subsystems. It ships with Base OS, so, you don't have to install anything new. Look into the manpage for more info.
