Can I download "Virtual Partitions A.05.**" from web?

I do not find it in the 11.31_install_DVD or the hp's site. Can anybody tell me the URL ?

No you won't find it for download - you have to pay for it if you aren't already licensed for it and having a support contract.

Assuming you have a support contract in place an are licensed for it then you can download/request it as part of the OE bundles VSOE and DCOE cia Software Update Manager (see the bar on the left of the ITRC page)
