Can't download Alpha Console Firmware

Greetings,

We have a 5 member TruCluster consisting of ES45s and running V5.1B. One of the members crashed with the panic "ics_unable_to_make_progress: heartbeat checking blocked". According to Telephone Support the thing that needs to be done is install Patch Kit 4.

What I'd like to do is also upgrade the console firmware to the latest version. We currently have V6.5-20. I tried to go to the web-site that has the firmware but it doesn't work. The URL I tried is:
ftp://ftp.digital.com/pub/DEC/Alpha/firmware/index.html

Can someone at HP help with this matter?

I am not from HP, but hope still could be of help ;-) I think they've got a bad URL in their website. It seems the ftp URL is not working. I tried the following http URL and found a page where you can download the firmware.

Try this one instead,
http://ftp.digital.com/pub/DEC/Alpha/firmware/
