Can't load database hp-ux server

How to solve this issue any one pls help to solve .

Can’t load database using NetBackup server
as /usr/openv/netbackup/bin/libsybackup.sl does not exist

Lot of information missing.

a) What is your version of HP-UX?

b) What is your NetBackup version?

c) What NetBackup patches are installed?

Anyway, the short answer is:
your NetBackup Sybase Agent Support is
not installed correctly (also there are
some patches that you might be missing).

You are possibly missing a symbolic link too.
