Re: Change script in the rc level

rc scripts are in two parts. The main script resides in /sbin/init.d and the configuration script resides in /etc/rc.config.d. To turn off a particular rc script, edit the configuration script. The rc scripts are run in the order specified in /sbin/rc?.d directories where ? is each init state.
