Changing SMH default port and document root

Hello everyone !
I have a hp-ux server with SMH installed and runing. Some days ago i've written a php-script, collecting data from ioscan. How can I change (or add another) port and document root to start this script under smh web-engine without redirecting to smh home page?

P.S. I've tried to change /opt/hpsmh/conf/smhpd.conf, but after restarting smh all changes are disapear
