Re: Cluster Switching

Hi Din,

When you issue the command cmviewcl, there is a paramter named AUTO_RUN in the package details. if it is enabled, then it is auto-switching and if it is disabled, then its manual.

Re: Cluster Switching

Din,

You can get the auto run mode from cmviewcl command
#cmviewcl
NODE STATUS STATE
S-a up running
S-b up running
PACKAGE STATUS STATE AUTO_RUN NODE
P-1 up running enabled S-a

Thanks

Re: Cluster Switching

Hi Ranju,

As you said, i don't find any parameter called AUTO-RUN in my cmviewcl output

CLUSTER STATUS
myclus up

NODE STATUS STATE
myhost1 up running

Network_Parameters:
INTERFACE STATUS PATH NAME
PRIMARY up 0/1/2/0 lan0
PRIMARY up 0/5/2/0 lan2
PRIMARY up 0/2/1/0 lan1
STANDBY down 0/6/1/0 lan3

NODE STATUS STATE
myhost2 up running

Network_Parameters:
INTERFACE STATUS PATH NAME
PRIMARY up 0/1/2/0 lan0
STANDBY down 0/6/1/0 lan3
PRIMARY up 0/5/2/0 lan2
PRIMARY up 0/2/1/0 lan1

Please look at the output of cmviewcl -v as shown above.
