Collect performance tool does not see disks on KZPCC
I am trying to look at a performance problem on an ES40 runing 5.1. I have run the collect software in data gathering mode and when I look at the output it reports that the system has 1 disk a cdrom. It does not appear to see the disks attached to the KZPCC. Am I missing something, the version of Collect is the one that shipped with the server.

Re: Collect performance tool does not see disks on KZPCC
This is a known issue with collect under V5.1, not recognizing the KZPCC Raid disks.
The problem was fixed in V5.1A PK4 and higher, I'd recommend PK6.
You options are iostat, monitor (shareware utility), "hwmgr get attr -id {HWID_of_Disk}".
Hope this helps.

Re: Collect performance tool does not see disks on KZPCC
1. install patchkit #6 for 5.1 containing a fixed version of collect
2. try to find someone copying the collect tools from a machine containing version 2.0.5 of collect (the new version will work on older baselevel)
