I can't recall if its an ioscan with option or another command that can list bad hard drive seek/failures? I'm trying to check see if a disk is having problems.

Rootberry,
Try this command, if the result in in Hex numbers there it shows bad sectors, if you see 0's then you are fine:
echo 2400?20X | adb /dev/dsk/cxtxdx
that command works on 11.11, I do not really have a 11.00 to test it out, you will have to try.
