Configure Autoloader
my customer using HP-UX ver. B.11.51 with hardware as following:Server HP Rx6440,HP storageworks 1/8 G2 Autoloader and connected to PCIe SAS SmartArray P800 RAID Controller. The problem is we can't configure it. There is no output with command #ioscan -fnCautoch or #ioscan -fnCtape. What should i do ?

Drive is detected but autoloader is not detecting . Check whether ur autoloader is supported with this server or not.

please check if the Driver schgr loaded in the kernel.
if not this driver is needed for autoloader to work
