How to convert a virtual machine into a virtual machine....
Like I have a VM on rx26XX and now I want the same VM to sit on a new Blade... Both are running on 11.23

How do I clone this rx2600 and how do I take this clone to the new blade which is 300 miles away..For this will I have to create a VM and then recover the clone(i might be wrong in my ternimology) plz correct me
Could you also suggest me a best way to convert a Physical machine(running 11.11) to a Virtual machine(running 11.23)...
