Convert to raid1 BL860c Integrity server.

Hi,
I am using HP Integrity BL860c server with HP-UX 11.31 installed.
The box have 2x300gb SAS; While installing hardware RAID was not configured. (OS installed on 1 HDD; and another is showing as Unused)
Is it possible to configure RAID1 without losing data?

No.

Backup system (ignite), convert to hardware raid and restore the OS.

Is it possible if the server installed with Windows? (using the Array Configuration Utility)
