Crash in Tru64 Server
One of our server had a crash in the early hours of the morning. The server has been brought up but the cause not really identified. I am attaching the main crash meassage from the "/var/adm/messages" file.
The server details are
OSF1
and i guess it runs 2 CPU's.
If there is any other information needed do let me know.
Regards,
Ryan

Re: Crash in Tru64 Server
That can be something related to cfs.
What type of cluster interconnect you have?

Re: Crash in Tru64 Server
panic (cpu 0): Assert Failed: fhp
file: svrcfs.c:1871, caller: 0xffffffff008fbc84
Has probably something to do with relocating a filedomain with many filesets from one cluster member to another.
Your patchlevel is probably PK#3 or below, best solution is to go for latest patchkit PK#6.
