Created Volume Group and not present after Rebooting

I created a volume group that is not showing up after rebooting the system (OS 11.11).

I have to mount each time after a reboot.

How do I modify the system to mount the VG during the boot process?

Have you added the volume group/logical volume information to the /etc/fstab file?

Yes. It was added to /etc/fstab:

/dev/vg01/lvol3 /altboot vxfs rw,suid,nolargefiles,delaylog,datainlog 0 2
