Creating an FTP User Only Account

I need to create an 'ftpuser' account and change the home directory to a directory that aleady exists. I also want to limit this account to only see their home directory and nothing else. How can I accomplish this?

Use chroot and disable telnet, ssh and rlogin access for this user.

Or "man ftpd", and look for "guest".

When pasting an ITRC forum URL here, it's
helpful to change "forums11" and "forums12"
to plain "forums", and to omit all the
session-specific "&admit=[...]" junk.
