DRD
I heard that DRD can be used for LVM administrations and its very useful while software failures.I have downloaded the depot.But i have no idea how to use the same..means after installation how DRD can be used for LVM and in the time of software failures.
Please help on this..

it is very useful not only download software you heard about but also to check its official documentation. Go to http://docs.hp.com, section HPUX 11iv3 and go through the DRD admin guide and whitepapers to understand what is the software designed for and what are the benefits of using it.

DRD is different from mirroring because "YOU decide" what to copy - when to copy
its even advanced you can install software to the inactive DRD copy ( even PHKL patches without rebooting ) and boot it up and check later on!!
There are lots of things to explain but like everyone said going thought the admin guide will save you lots of time in the future
