Dear all,
My test server (rx2660) has 2 IR volume disk & a DVD which is working fine. After updating OS from version 2 to version 3, the DVD rom HW path has been changed. How to get the normal HW path? Please find the attached as the output.

Re: DVD HW path changed
Hi
DVD ROM is being sensed as USB device. You scan use that device file only as you can see the RAW as well as the Block Device Files.

Solution
This is the device file using the old USB driver in 11.31:
/dev/deviceFileSystem/Usb/MassStorage/dsk/disk@hp-1008+294=A60020000001
You need to uninstall this driver version and update to the newer version (see link above!).
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.
