Disappear disk after I install Qlogic Failover on Linux RH 5.2

Hello I have problem when I install driver: QLogic Fibre Channel HBA Driver: 8.02.14.01-fo and everything is ok. But when I present some LUN form my Array EVA5000 or EVA3000 I dont't see my presented disk in dmesg I see something like that:
qla2xxx 0000:08:01.1:
QLogic Fibre Channel HBA Driver: 8.02.14.01-fo
QLogic QMI2472 - QLE220
ISP2422: PCI-X Mode 1 (133 MHz) @ 0000:08:01.1 hdma+, host#=1, fw=4.04.00 [IP] [84XX]
Vendor: HP Model: HSV100 Rev: 3028
Type: RAID ANSI SCSI revision: 02
qla2xxx 0000:08:01.1: scsi(1:0:0:0): Enabled tagged queuing, queue depth 32.
scsi 1:0:0:0: Unexpected response from lun 1 while scanning, scan aborted
When my system start I have communicate - scsi 1:0:0:0: Unexpected response from lun 1 while scanning, scan aborted file in attachment.

I dont know what can i do in my situation. I present disk one time I see them second time i dont see them after restart i see only boot disk (I boot my server from SAN).
Please give me some advice.

Best regards

Hi,

What happens when you run the hp_rescan?

/opt/hp/hp_fibreutils/hp_rescan -a

I hope that's the correct path. I don't have access to a linux server at the moment.

Shiraj.
