description. It does not say what you did.
It does not say what happened when you did
it.
Showing actual commands with their actual
output can be more helpful than vague
descriptions and interpretations.

The run XPassive
Connect to your HP-UX server with putty (Telnet os SSH)
Set DISPLAY variable to IP of your client:
#export DISPLAY=IP_of_client:0.0
To check X availability :
#xclock
Then you run sam in graphical mode:
#sam

Also, you can not su to any other account otherwise it won't work either.

it doesnt help me i am having error
Xlib: connection to "IP_address:0.0" refused by server
Xlib: No protocol specified
Error: Can't open display: IP_address Error: Couldn't find per display information
i am using telnet not ssh to hpux 11 server, any clue,
