Display mount options on current mounted filesystems

Is there a command that dislays the current mount options on a mounted file system. I don't want to refer to /etc/fstab.

Thanks,

..Joe

Re: Display mount options on current mounted filesystems

Hi,

You could check the fsadm command.

Non online jfs
fsadm /dev/vgxx/rlvolx

Online jvs
fsadm /filsystem_name

Hope this helps,

Re: Display mount options on current mounted filesystems

If you run mount -p, that should show what you need. The format from this is exactly the same as is used in fstab.

Re: Display mount options on current mounted filesystems

hai,

mount -v ,mount command is using /etc/mnttab file to give the mounted filesystems operations.

You can get the mounted fils system informations just as #cat /etc/mnttab

mount -p can also be used.

You can use getmntent.3x call to get the mounted file system information by giving the input file steam as /etc/mnttab file.

See the getmntent.3x man page.

we can get the nfs oriented mount file systems with nfsstat -c
