True64 provide LSM (Logical Storage Manager), and it supports UFS , AdvFS ..

It supports RAID 0 , 1 , 0+1 , and RAID 5.

If you take Full Installation that will
provides the following features:
· Choice of a graphical or text interface
· Dynamic disk partitioning
· Worldwide Language Support (WLS) software installation
· Logical Storage Manager (LSM) configuration option
· Automatic resolution of software dependencies during custom software
selection
· Ability to invoke user-supplied files prior to installation and after software
subset loading to customize the installation process
· Identification of physical disks
· UNIX shell option

It is bundled with the Base OS kit. But, you require license to use it.

The LSM license is not required for all features of LSM. At least it is required for things like dxlsm and mirroring (probably any type of RAID).

using LSM without some form of RAID is like having a car without transmission ;-). Only a source for trouble but no use.
