ES40 TRU64 Ver-4.0F restart

Alpha ES40 running Tru64 -4.0F restart found aftere 10 to 15 days. on >>>crash command given to check whether dump files created.But no dump file created. Hence on running server halt button pressed and crashed. Then we checked with >>>crash command .Crash file in /var/adm/crash created. binary.errlog file
gives error on running uerf command.
On >>>show fru command gives memory MMB error code which is non zero hex value. Removed suspected memmory. But still after some days server restart.
UPS power source is changed.
What could be reason that the server restart?

To find faulty memory DIMM you should do:
>>> memexer 3
and be pationt, it can take hours.
To analyze errorlog and crash you need wsea.
