Not sure whether you're asking about "End of Sales" or "End of Service", but here's what I know of HP's commitments:

Final Sales of new Alpha Servers: 30 April 2007

Final Sales of Upgrades to Existing Alpha
Servers: 30 April 2008

Service available for at least 5 years beyond final shipment of new servers: 30 April 2012

I require End of Support Life for ALL models under the Alpha Servers product line.
Is there any available matrix for references ?

This states "No End of Service date has been scheduled for any Alpha System".
