Shalom,

There should be no impact on the Service Guard Cluster by changing your password policy.

If any of your cluster scripts call startup scripts that us su - username, and the username involved has an expired password, then the package will fail to start, and the cause will be apparent in the log of the package script.

Converting to trusted system has been known to expire users and sometimes make them age improperly and that should be monitored as well.

Know the important users and test them manually after the policy change and you should have no impact.
