We have HP9000/L2000 server, and we having a error.

It appears to me that you are having some sort of problem with OLAR (OnLine Addition / Replacement) on your machine.
You might have a look at the firmware for the L2000. Patch PHSS_25684 for 11.0 and PHSS_25685 for 11i are firmware version 41.39 for the L1000/L2000 machines. The notes about the patch say that there were issues identified with OLAR on machines running PDC version 41.38.
Check your PDC version and if it is 41.38, then the appropriate patch for your OS version may help you.

We have a Cu who is seeing this error.What are the implications for this kind of error ? Does it indicate that some device/unit is not working/responding ? Can it cause some processes/application to hang/die ?
