Error while starting Jboss under HP UX 11.31

Hi. I am getting following error while starting Jboss server under HP UX 11.31. there were no errors reported while installing the server.

Failed to create xmbean for: org.jboss.system.ServiceController

Failed to create xmbean for: org.jboss.system.server.ServerInfo

ERROR [MainDeployer] Could not make local copy for file:/opt/iexpress/jboss/server/default/conf/jboss-service.xml
