FTP Access

Hi Experts,

I need to create FTP User, where he should be able to upload a file but he should not be able to rename it or delete it and also cannot create a new folder. Please help

FTP Servers normally allows to specify the list of allowed commands, you can modify that options to avoid file deletions and directory creations. If you use vsftpd, check:

cmds_allowed ├в Specifies a comma-delimited list of FTP commands allowed by the server. All other commands are rejected.
