File system size 5TB on HP-UX 11.11 ???

Could You help me please ?
How can I create file system (on example vxfs) in
size 5TB on my machine with HP-UX 11.11 (11iV1) ?
(mkfs -F vxfs .....) works me only till 2TB :-)

Shalom Petr,

At the very least you are going to need a vxfs/JFS upgrade to support a file system that big.

What version of JFS are you using here?

You might want to see about breaking it up into smaller pieces.

I use vxfs(jfs) disk layout version 4.

that I have to upgrade to HP-UX 11.23/11.31
- unfortunatelly - and at least purchase OnlinejFS license :-)
