File name is qmh2462.dat in which i had gave while nvram_write command.

Ploblem is solved now . All the HBA's are detecting now.

So you ran the command:

 

efiutil> nvram_write qmh2462.dat

 

and that updated the cards firmware for you?  That is good to know!
