HP Blade and O/S
Could someone please advice me if there is any limitations when installing RHEL 4 update 8 32bits on the HP Blade 460c G6.

Yes it is possible.You can install 32 bit operating systems in Xion based servers .
But this 32 Bit operating system will only support 4GB memory.

you can install hugemem kernel which comes inside the install media.
But G6 servers design to do more under 64bit so unless there is major issue or requirment i recomend to install 64bit OS. else it will be a waste of hardware.
