HP Proliant 585 G5

Hi,

We are using SUSE Linux 10 sp2. Everything is OK but we have had 3 events where it started to disconnect users and we have to press the shutdown button and restart the server.

It just frezee and we have to reboot, it takes around 20 minutes to be alive again.

Regards.

Shalom,

You might wish to install PSP, Proliant Server Pack into the system to get some tools in that can help you diagnose this.

I would also boot the system and test hardware using the utility built into the system nvram (console).

I would then check all those nice OS logs SUSE provides for clues and post the information to this thread to get more specific help.
