HP-RX 2800 Sever VGA Screen Goes Blank when Coloured O/P comes

I have one HP-RX 2800 server with hpux installed. It has graphic card with Y connection output. With one connection a DVI cable is connected and with the other one a VGA cable. On bootup I can see both the displays, which is a usual case. Up to last screen where I have to put login and password display is there in both the screens. On putting login and password which brings me to coloured screen, I see that only DVI output is displayed but VGA output goes off. I have tried changing console configurations from Shell prompt but it is of no help. Can someone please guide me on this.
